Verstegen Herb Mix Ground Meat – 90 grams
Preparation method (for 4 people):
Mix approx. 1 tbsp (10 g) Verstegen mix with 500 g minced meat. If necessary, add 1 rusk/20 g breadcrumbs, an egg, or 100 ml milk/water. Turn four balls, heat 2 tbsp (olive) oil in a frying pan, and fry the balls on medium heat for approx. 20-25 minutes until nicely browned and done.
