Herbs and spices from Verstegen.A traditional spice mix for ground meat from Verstegen. This classic Verstegen mix is known in the Netherlands as the tastiest spice mix for ground meat.

Preparation method (for 4 people):
Mix approx. 1 tbsp (10 g) Verstegen mix with 500 g minced meat. If necessary, add 1 rusk/20 g breadcrumbs, an egg, or 100 ml milk/water. Turn four balls, heat 2 tbsp (olive) oil in a frying pan, and fry the balls on medium heat for approx. 20-25 minutes until nicely browned and done.
